Regional Sales Manager

Kester Search Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Territory Managers selling regulated, clinical cardiology-focused medical equipment into hospitals. This role is heavily field-based, combining hands-on coaching, key account engagement, and regional strategy execution to consistently exceed revenue, profit, and performance goals. Ideal candidates bring deep hospital-based selling experience, at least five years of medical equipment sales leadership (preferably cardiology), and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in highly regulated clinical environments.
